The team meets regularly as part of developing informed and cohesive school governance.
The leadership team distribute strategic and operational focus areas as part of school management. Leadership team members may share operational management outside the table of management areas depending on exigencies, needs and topical issues.
Additionally, staff contribute to school operations by being part of various focus groups. The groups consult, plan and make recommendations to the Leadership team.
Teaching team
The teaching team has primary responsibility for planning and delivering quality teaching and learning programs in line with departmental expectations and school goals, plans, policies and operations.
Teacher aide team
The teacher Aide team has primary responsibility for supporting the delivery of quality teaching and learning programs in line with departmental expectations and school goals, plans, policies and operations. Teacher Aides are primarily deployed in working with students and supporting student programs.
The school has Teacher Aides allocated to general duties including classroom, student support, Prep year and library programs. Other Teacher Aides are allocated specifically in supporting program delivery to students with nominated disabilities.
Administration team
Our administration team support the operations of the school in planning, finance, community liaison, records, resourcing, staffing, student and teaching programs.
Ancillary team
The ancillary team has primary responsibility for school facilities maintenance and improvement programs to allow teaching and learning and support operations in line with departmental expectations and school goals, plans, policies and operations.
