Ipswich East State School has a diverse mix of old and new school buildings. We are proud of our great school grounds that are always well maintained. Large shady trees line our oval providing wonderful shade for the students during summer.
Our school is fortunate enough to have several playground areas throughout the school. This gives students from Prep – Year 6 an opportunity to utilise playground equipment whilst still socialising with children in their year level.
Our new school hall and resource centre are much welcomed facilities further enhancing our ability to deliver quality learning outcomes to students.
Ipswich East State School also has a heated swimming pool which can be used by the community. Please contact us if you wish to hire the pool. The school’s heated 25m pool is used for class lessons in Terms One and Four.
